Chiropractor Mascot NSW Lucas Karayannis Meet The Team

Gonstead Chiropractor

Lucas Karayannis D.C.

I first learned about Chiropractic as a teenager. A friend of mine’s flatmate was a Chiropractor and after watching him at work, I knew I had found my destiny. Completing the 5-year Chiropractic course (NSW University and Sydney College of Chiropractic) in 1986, I initially worked with two Chiropractors before setting up practice in Mascot. I have been in Mascot ever since.

I became interested in providing Chiropractic care for the corporate world. This was a natural progression working in Mascot. I was already providing Chiropractic care for people from various companies in the area. I was involved, on-site and at my Centre, with companies such as Qantas, Grocon, Amcor, National Cables, Pilkington Glass, and Kimberley-Clarke.

Besides my work here at Mascot Chiropractic Centre, I also facilitate Corporate Health and Wellness Programs. I enjoy giving talks to schools, companies, groups, and individuals about Chiropractic/Health related topics. I have been coaching and mentoring Chiropractic students, new graduates, and peers in Gonstead chiropractic skills for many years.

I am married to Melissa (who is also a Chiropractor) and also my partner here at Mascot Chiropractic Centre. We have two beautiful daughters. Our eldest is a Civil Engineer. Our youngest is also a Chiropractor working on the Central Coast. I also enjoy the great outdoors and have a particular passion for water sports, especially fishing, sailing, and waterskiing.

Chiropractor Mascot NSW Tim White Meet The Team

Gonstead Chiropractor

Tim White D.C.

Hi! I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Tim White and Chiropractic has been part of my life from a young age. It has accompanied me through my early teens and into early adulthood; where I truly understood its influence on overall health. After playing rugby for many years, I found that it was Chiropractic that enabled me to stay agile on the field and recover from injuries.

I was injured during a rugby game as a 19-year-old and was suffering from significant pain when walking. I received my first Gonstead adjustment to treat my injuries and it had an incredible impact on me. A few years later, as I was approaching the completion of my Masters of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, Gonstead was reintroduced into my life. After attending my first seminar I was hooked on the Gonstead system and have not looked back since.

Gonstead has provided me with a deeper passion for Chiropractic care than I could ever have imagined. I believe that the appropriate and specific adjustment in the correct area can promote optimal health. It can return the body to its natural functioning state and improve an individual's quality of life.

I am currently a member of the Gonstead Chiropractic Society and the Australian Chiropractic Association.

Outside of work, I love all forms of sport and I am often heavily involved with playing at Knox Old Boys rugby club, watching the Warringah rats, or attempting to play golf with friends.

Chiropractor Mascot NSW Andrea Carroll Meet The Team

Gonstead Chiropractor

Andrea Carroll D.C.

Please call me Andee! I am a 2nd-generation chiropractor and have been working professionally for over 5 years. Born and raised in Sydney I completed my Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University and I was invited by the University to join their academic staff as a Chiropractic tutor. I am also a fully-qualified personal trainer and am keenly interested in sports; particularly netball and boxing.

I passionately believe that tailored, professional chiropractic treatment is critical in maintaining overall fitness, improving recovery, reducing or removing pain, and maximising mobility and it is my goal to achieve these outcomes with all of my patients.

As a busy mother of two young boys, I am forever trying to balance work and family commitments while trying to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. Regular chiropractic treatment has been vitally important to me and my family and I'm particularly interested in working with other young mothers and families to see how chiropractic treatment can help you stay at your best.

Outside of work I am surrounded by men! I live with my husband Ben, our two sons Liam and Logan, and our dog Ralph.

Chiropractic Mascot NSW Janene Gardiner Meet The Team

Chiropractic Assistant

Janene Gardiner

I am a true local, growing up and living in the inner-city suburb of Beaconsfield. I began in the reception and clerical field in 1977 and worked over the next 8 years. I studied and completed courses in Welfare work and Childcare and spent 15 years working in childcare centres in Waterloo, Redfern, and Botany. I then took on special needs roles in centres in Erskineville and Paddington.

I have 3 adult children and a 4th in the form of my Shih Tzu Maltese dog named Wesley. I joined the Mascot Chiropractic Team in 2003 and have really enjoyed watching the centre grow and develop, taking on new challenges as we meet the changing needs of health care.

Chiropractic Mascot NSW Kim Francois Meet The Team

Chiropractic Assistant

Kim Francois

I joined Mascot Chiropractic in 2014. My career has mainly been in the financial sector and focusing on customer service while raising our 4 kids. We are a very sport-loving family. We participate and are avid fans of many different sporting activities.

My whole family have needed chiropractic care but what we have discovered is that regular visits go hand in hand with good health. I enjoy working in this small team dedicated to helping people maintain active and healthy lives.
